I wanted to buy a special gift for my Mam's 70th Birthday, I hoped to buy a ring with both diamonds and emeralds and 9ct Yellow Gold in an half eternity style. I had been searching for well over 6 months before stumbling across Lloyd's Family Jewellery, which they had a ring to match what I was looking for. I wasn't 100% certain of the size I needed and wanted to check if I ordered it and it didn't fit it could either be altered, exchanged or refunded. I reached out to them via their website contact form, I sent an email too and then realised they use FB Messenger so sent them a message. They were very quick in responding (via FB Messenger) and were very helpful. They advised an exchange or refund is possible if the ring didn't fit. I placed my order (6th May) and received my order on 12th May (I would have received it on 11th May but I missed the delivery and I could have receivedit on 10th May but delayed by 1 day due to the bank holiday). The parcel itself was securely packaged (wooden presentation ring box, inside a protective cardboard ring box, which was inside another box with shredded paper and this box was posted in a mailing bag too). Inside the box was a Jewellery Care Sheet, Insurance Guide, Certificate of Authenticity, printed invoice, envelope for the paperwork and a gift bag. The ring itself was absolutely stunning and exactly what I wanted. I gave this to my Mam today and she is absolutely thrilled with this ring and is the perfect size and looks stunning alongside her wedding and engagement rings. Would definitely recommend Lloyd's Family Jewellery to anyone, great service, lovely jewellery too and at reasonable and affordable prices (similar rings elsewhere were double, if not quadruple the price with less diamond/emerald carats).

I ordered the ring on Saturday and it arrived this morning. On the Sunday, I was worried that I had ordered the wrong size so emailed, and despite it being a bank holiday weekend I got a reply within a couple of hours from Matthew Lloyd reassuring me, then he sent me updates on availability and dispatch.

The ring arrived this morning and it is absolutely perfect! Came with authenticity documents, care advice and a gift bag, as well as being well-packaged and coming in a lovely little box. I tried it on and was overwhelmed by how lovely it looked, both with and without my engagement ring. And on top of that, I felt it was really good value for money too!

Honestly, I cannot recommend the company enough, the people or the jewellery!

I have had the most perfect service from Matthew. I had decided I wanted a Sapphire ring for my Christmas, but was quite specific about what I was looking for with regards to metal and stones. I contacted Matthew who then went away to find me a ring that I would be happy with in my size that I would also me able to have for Christmas. He sourced a much higher quality with regards to metal, diamonds and gem which ticked all the boxes for me. He was more than happy to send me pictures and even a video to let me decide if it was what I wanted. In contact all throughout the process and incredibly quick to get me what I was looking for. I could not have asked for any better a service and Lloyds Family Jewellery will be my company of choice going forward. Thank so much for all your help.

I ordered a beautiful ring online from this jewellers and there was a mix up with the order and I was billed twice. When I emailed them to enquire they responded within minutes and after a few emails they resolved the issue straight away. I haven't had such outstanding customer service before. Such a helpful and friendly family run jewellers ,with a beautiful selection of jewellery . I would highly recommend this place and will be shopping here again in the future.EDIT I received my ring and it is beautiful . Packaged so nicely .

Normally very dubious about ordering jewellery online especially after a massive issue at the start of this year. I read the reviews and comments about Matthew before ordering and it gave me reassurance that this company takes pride in what they do and I can assure you they were not wrong.
I received my ring yesterday after a delay due to good old COVID but was kept up to date throughout and I absolutely love it. It was packaged really well and all documentation was present. I just want to say a massive thanks to Matthew for ensuring I got it before Christmas. Cannot recommend this company enough

Update: We purchased the rings in March, it is now 1st June - the ring (especially mine) lost the shine, but I guess this is normal, however, apparently it lost a protective coat or something that gave it a silver colour and now it seems more to have a slightly gold colour, but it is not so visible unless I put on my finger my silver engagement ring. At the beginning the two rings (the white gold and silver one) were the same colour, however now they look different. So, if you want to wear the engagement ring on the same finger it's better to have them both in the same metal if you want them to be same colour 😉 ( I attached collage pics to show the difference in colour after some time).
Highly recommend Lloyds Fmily Jewellery. The rings are lovely and really good looking. Customer service personalised and delivery very fast. I ordered wedding bands from other comany in the same time and compared the rings, but these are no doubt better quality and by far best looking (actually, for the same price). I advise you to measure your size in advance, I measured mine, but got a bit wrong. I believe I am just half size. My size would be 17.3 (N1/2) that would fit both left and right fingers, but, the N (17.12) size was a bit tight, and I don't feel comfortable, so, exchanged to size O (17.5). We purchased 3mm bands, mine D shape and my fiance's court shape size R. In pictures there is not much difference between shapes. And in fact in pictures rings looks thinner than they are in reality. I found Lloyds Family Jewellery videos on youtube, so, advise you to check there if you care about tiny details like me 😀 as very well explained different shapes of the rings with the actual shape of the rings on video, for me it was very helpful.

Outstanding level of customer service only matched by the beautiful Topaz and Diamond earrings I bought as a Christmas gift for my mum. Having originally bought a different pair of earrings I was able to arrange an exchange completely hassle free. Matthew was extremely helpful and kept me informed throughout. The earrings themselves (both sets) were beautifully packaged and arrived with documentation for the insurance company making everything so simple. It was like I'd stepped back in time and I've not experienced this kind of personal service in more years than I care to mention. I wouldn't hesitate in buying from Lloyds Family Jewellery again in the future and would most definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to buy high quality jewellery with that little bit extra.

In March this year I contacted Lloyds Family Jewellers to find the perfect 70th Birthday present for my mother. Matthew couldn’t have been more helpful, sending pictures and descriptions of two rings I thought my mum would like. In the end we settled on this gorgeous Ruby and Diamond Eternity ring. The diamonds are bright and shiny and the princess cut rubies exuberant. My mum loved it! We waited a couple of weeks for a personalised size, however we are so impressed with the quality and value for money it was worth the wait. We highly recommend this family jeweller and will be back in the future. Thank you Matthew.
