I was hopeful about working with John Day, but my experience was disappointing. After expressing my willingness to pay a $5,500 retainer, I requested a written agreement. Instead of accommodating my request, he accused me of sounding "sketchy" and suggested I find another attorney before abruptly hanging up. I thought my request was completely reasonable, so I was taken aback by his response. In hindsight, I’m glad I didn’t proceed with him, as his attitude raised serious concerns. Overall, I cannot recommend John Day based on my experience.

My initial impression of Mr. Day was excellent. I am facing a BS charge from NMDGF and offered to pay Mr. Day the retainer up front. His response was to direct all contact to him, and we will discuss any retainer if there is a charge filed. That's true professionalism and client service.

Well i don't know how good he is but...I called to get an appointment to meet with him and he asked for $2500 up front. . I was like "so you won't even look at the case or tell me where we stand its just $2500 to see you" hahahahaha yes ma'am you can think about it and call me back...Okay Thank you hahahha
