Thank you Cape Canaveral for hosting our short term rental stay and supporting the many local businesses. Although we only spent a few days here, we had a great time, loved our rental, the beaches, all the restaurants and shops we visited. Your support of local businesses (both shops and short term rentals) just makes Cape Canaveral an even greater place to visit.

We’ve really appreciated the opportunity to have a short term stay in Cape Canaveral. We’ve enjoyed dining out each day and visiting the local shops as well. We’re from Maine and the Cape has been a great place to visit on our way to see friends. We’d definitely love to come back as we still have more to see!

Thanks Cape Canaveral for hosting our short term rental last summer. We stayed a few days before our cruise and enjoyed supporting local businesses. We walked to several places from our air bnb and enjoyed all the peacocks! It was great to have just a few days pre-cruise and to stay close enough to the cruise terminal that we could just take the bus there.

It was great staying a few nights in a rental unit. We hope we can always do that and it is not changed forever for a full week's stay minimum. We will stay at other cities in FL if that becomes the rule in the City of Cape Canaveral..

I have an electric vehicle and Joshua Surprenant, City of Cape Canaveral Community Services Director was very helpful. I was so impressed by the initiative he took to assist me, many would not have done the same. My car was not charging and he went out several times to check on it and flip a breaker that had popped. He made sure I had enough charge to get to my next destination, and even followed up with a phone call to make sure Everything was running smooth. Excellent work ethic and it was awesome how much he cared. Thank you soo much to making me feel welcomed!

I just spoke with Joe Maciejko concerning replacement windows for my townhouse. This will be a big investment for me so I had many questions. Joe was a wealth of information.
