I have performed several signings for ASAP Pro Notary and each time is a pleasure. They are one of the only vendors where a representative calls me personally and verifies my availability along with date and times to assure that the signing is conducted smoothly and there are no issues. The personal touch is appreciated, as I have found some of the vendors that do not perform this step are not always thorough with instructions which can cause errors to be made and leave much room for questions.

Their fees for the various types of closings are better than the majority of signing services. The pay promptly but most importantly, they are very responsive! ASAP is one of my favorite companies to do notorial work for. The team is extremely responsive and incredibly helpful. I love how I can simply leave a comment in snap docs, and someone responds within about 10 minutes. There is no need to call.

I’ve read other people’s comments about a delay in payment. ASAP must have changed their policies or hired a new person to handle their invoices because I usually get paid earlier than our contract states.

I've been doing part time signings with ASAP for a year. I've been very grateful that they've given me a chance to serve them and after one scanback fiasco still trusted in me to use me again. They are always responsive! The fees are very fair and I enjoy working with them. I will say the payments do take longer than other SS but they always pay.
