One of the pet peeves of dealing with law firms so far, is the gate keepers, when they say no "not willing to take your case", especially after saying that and if I request to speak with a manager of the firm and they still say 'No' as if they own the firm. In any case the lady conversed with just did not bother forward my inquiry to an attorney, because it was an EEOC case. Regardless what type of the case it is, law firm should still give an opportunity for an employee to tell their story, especially if they will provide circumstantial evidence and when it comes to EEOC process. Especially if the employee had already done majority of the paperwork and all the firm needs to do is provide assistance for the rest of the way. If they do not have experienced attorneys for EEOC cases, well that's a whole different story. Regardless, they lost another business.

I had begun to despair of finding the world class employment attorney I needed who was not conflicted out because of a relationship with my global firm; similarly, the arbitration process I was required to use seemed highly biased toward my firm as well. Amazingly, Rogge is not only a world class employment attorney, he's arguably the best employment attorney in the country and one of the best things that ever happened to me was when he signed on to take my case. Although others in my firm had similar cases, I was the only one with Rogge as my attorney and my outcome was multiples better than the next best. At this point, I think simply making it known Rogge represents you gets you treated better in employment situations. I cannot emphasize enough what a difference Rogge's success in my case made in my life. Highly, highly recommend.

Alex Pennetti defended me in a County Court lawsuit. He obtained summary judgment on the plaintiff's claims for breach of restrictive covenants, which precluded the plaintiff from recovering substantial attorney's fees. I have a lot of respect for Alex for his knowledge of law and also his candor. Alex is professional and is very good at what he does. Highly Recommended

Rogge is one of the most successful litigation attorneys in the country. While he focuses a great deal on employment and labor issues, he's willing to take on most business related litigation and has great results in any of the matters he takes on. Rogge understands his client's goals, gives them all the attention they need, and helps them achieve their goals both in settlement and at the courthouse. The intake process is terrible. Instead of wanting to talk to you they make you fill out an online form then somebody emails you saying that will not represent you. LOL. Of course not, you don't even know the whole story.

I was nervous about signing an NDA agreement presented by a former employer so I called the Rogge Dunn Group. After consulting with the Rogge Dunn Group, my nervousness was validated in that the agreement was too one-sided in favor of the employer.
