Wow! I love the vibes here! These are some of the Best yummy nachos with super fresh cilantro, amazing beans, flavorful cheeses and sauces! And I’m veggie gal, and they even accommodated me for that. Friendly folks with a great handle on flavor and it’s complimented by the beers from Rails End Beer Company. 10/10 would order again ya’all!

These guys are the BEST taco truck in ALL OF THE LAND!! I had them cater my wedding reception, and they were amazing. They came through for us after a terrible experience with the first one we booked. Prior to our reception they communicated consistently and clearly with us. They showed up ahead of schedule on the day of our reception— so I never once had the chance to worry about them being there. Our guests LOVED the food. We will be recommending these guys to everyone one we know.

Awesome tacos - meats were very flavorful & juicy. Each taco had lots of meat, so it was good bang for your buck. Wing sauces were phenomenal as well. If you like a little spice and A LOT of flavor I would definitely recommend!!

Bits & Pieces is the perfect food truck to have for your next wedding! This adds a fun flare to a traditional wedding meal and the food and tacos are top notch.

On top of the food being amazing, Orlando the owner was a pleasure to work with and plan out the menu for the bride and groom. I always could count on him to stay on top of things and just be a call away.

I have known Orlando for years and it has been truly AMAZING watching him create this brand from the ground up! You can tell how passionate Orlando is about the food, he respects the ingredients and everything is top notch. His tacos and wings amazing, so fresh, flavorful and unique; and his tortillas and spices are also delicious! In addition to the delicious food, the service is great. You won't regret giving him your business!

We hired Orlando to cater our company holiday party. He was so nice to work with leading up to the event. Everything was delivered on time and set up nicely. The food was AMAZING!!! We had three different tacos and wings, everything was devoured. Some of the best tacos I've ever had!

Just tried this food truck for the first time last week and had a wonderful experience! I was able to place my order quickly online, and by the time I made my way over to the food truck, my food was hot and ready. I got an order of tacos and wings - both had AMAZING flavor and were the perfect amount of food for me! I didn't take a picture of the food, but should have, so I can look back and remember how delish it was! Definitely will be going back here again soon!
