Went to this showroom & with no customers in store & 5 staff you would think someone would ask if they could help me....no one did. Was it because I was in trackies, daggy Tshirt & sneakers or have E&S staff hit their targets for the month. I'm renovating the whole house, so I'll take my business elsewhere.

E&S sales consultants need further training with plumbing fixture sales. Too many jobs where products are simply not ordered or missing. For example, if you sell a customer 6x wall mixer trim kits, you also need to order the brass bodies which go in the wall at rough in stage.
When toilets are ordered but the seats are seperate then they need to be ordered too.
Bath wastes cannot be pop up plugs they must be pop downs or a traditional plug style, meaning the one supplied to site cannot be used, in turn delaying the installation of the bath.
Theres too much time wasted on site looking for missing/not ordered/non compliant products.

Simply amazing service right through from Richard in sales to delivery and installation of my washing machine by Ben and his colleague. Ordering white goods is usually a daunting process but the team made sure I knew the difference between the products I wanted and made sure they were compatible with my dryer even though they didn’t need to. I’d highly recommend shopping here and I’ll definitely be back for more appliances when needed!

What other Appliance Store? E&S is the only Appliance Store I would ever recommend to anyone to visit. Top quality customer service, would price match even online stores and just would not stop surprising with how much they value their customers.

See it for yourself you'll never set foot on Harvey Norman or TGG ever again.

Awesome service! I will be using e&s Prahran for all my appliance purchaces in future. John Murray was so helpful and extremely patient as I went back a forth trying to decide on a cooktop, oven, sink and tap ware and range hood.
