Tenia cita a las 9.30 con la chica del escritorio ya eran 9.50 parecia que iba para largo y preferí irme, muy mala gestión de citas ?
La chica de la entrada muy agradable ? te soluciona todo y explica perfectamente todo.

This branch was great until 2019 and since then the service has deteriorated. In October 2019 I visited the bank to update my surname. I took all the required paperwork etc but five years later this has still not been updated. We are not resident in Spain but own a property nearby however I have not been in Orba in recent years to try and amend this. But I shouldn't have to. It should have been done in 2019! We have been requested by Sabadell HQ to update our ID. Unfortunately this can't be done on the app because we aren't resident. I have wasted hours trying to communicate with the branch via email, to different email contacts, to action this and since last July all messages have been ignored. I have tried raising my problem with HQ customer service but they haven't helped either - they just say that they're copying my branch into my messages and they will be in touch. Nine months later and this simple task is still not resolved. I tried to arrange to pick up a new bank card from a branch in another part of Spain but this was not possible because I hadn't updated my ID!! I definitely would not recommend this bank as they have caused many, unnecessary wasted hours and stress over very simple administration tasks. Oh and obviously I'm paying a fee every month for the privilege of banking with them and receiving no service. Definitely choose another bank. The day that I'm able to close this account cannot come soon enough.

I went to the bank today to change my UK address with some concern having seen the reviews on line. I can’t speak Spanish and the man at the till didn’t speak much English but he took his time, referred to a colleague when necessary and found a solution to all the issues that arose. I used a translator on my phone and I was in the bank for over 30 minutes but we got there !
Thank you for your great customer service. We are losing many high street banks in the UK but here in Orba, I received great service.

Je suis allé déclarer la perte de la carte bancaire en l'absence de réponse téléphonique de la banque. Non seulement, je dois attendre la fin de la semaine prochaine pour avoir une nouvelle carte, je fais quoi attendant ? En outre, on m'a plus parlé d'assurances à essayer de me faire souscrire que d'autre chose. Où est la prise en compte du client ?!

When we opened our account, the manager was very professional and extremely good at his job, but that was march 2019 since that time we never seen the manager again. In the 2 plus years we had our account our charges went up, customer service went to rock bottom, trying to get into the bank was almost impossible and the cash machines in Orba and Benidoleig did not work 4 times in 5 visits whilst our account was open, on one occasion when visiting the bank I waited almost 30mins to get into the branch and as my turn came the counter staff closed the door and went for a smoke telling me to use the cash point machine, which then failed to complete the business I needed to conduct, and when I wanted to close the account I had to again visit the branch to do so, which was impossible as we were out of the country, so we suspended all account transactions and when finally we could return we got charged heavily when we questioned the charges the attitude was not our problem speak to Head Office, which during these difficult times is near nigh impossible and involves lots of pre recorded information but no verbal contact, avoid them unless you revel in problems.

Sind nun seit 3 Jahren Kunden in Orba. Am Anfang war noch alles gut, unser damaliger Berater Alexis war super. Leider wurde er nach Valencia versetzt und seit dem ist der Kundenservice durch die Filialleiterin extrem schlecht. Versuche seit Wochen einen Termin zu bekommen, mehrere Mails gesendet... obwohl Sie mir persönlich gesagt hat ich soll sie anschreiben für eine Terminvergabe... niemals kommt eine antwort. In der letzten Mail habe ich eine Kündigung des Kontos angedroht aber auch darauf hin KEINE Antwort. Anfangs habe ich die Bank empfohlen, nun kann ich nur noch die Kündigung empfehlen.
SEHR SCHADE !!!

Nous sommes passés pour régler un petit problème, et malgré le fait que nous n'avions pas de compte ouvert chez eux, l'interlocuteur à l'accueil a été au top et vraiment très disponible...nous le remercions encore beaucoup ...
