They get negative reviews taken down. I have screen shots of negative reviews that have been removed.
They are money gouging attorneys. $500,000+ for an 18 month custody dispute.
Hollingsworth is a rude and condescending attorney, who was on probation with the Texas Bar at the time of our divorce. An open record search against Hollingsworth found multiple personal lawsuits and even an assault/battery charge against an opposing client! Are these the regular attorneys that Beal hires?
Raise your credit card limits if you’re going to hire Hollingsworth and Beal.

I went to Eric Beal with an ugly and difficult child custody battle that I thought would never end. I went in for a consultation and detailed my situation - he then mapped out a strategic action plan (literally on a white board) on how we could win my case. I could tell he was a fighter and trusted he could do the work necessary to finally get the justice and peace I'd been looking for, for me and my family. I'm so glad I did. Eric and Constance were amazing to work with (even when I would freak out and needed my hand held lol) - but we WON! I can't thank them enough and would recommend them to any mother or father dealing with a difficult family issue. I will be forever grateful for their help in my case.
