Roger and his team were readily accessible, punctual, and very professional, in assisting me with my HVAC floor plan design needs. The price was more than reasonable, especially with all of the education/coaching I was given. Roger would even call the city building department to get clarity with situations on my behalf. I wish I would have been referred to CadCon sooner, their customer service could arguably be rated above the 5⭐️ standard. I highly recommend this team for your next project!

FIVE STARS!!! Roger was extremely helpful when i called into his office regarding a code violation i had received. He spent OVER AN HOUR on the phone with me free of charge trying to help me resolve the violation i received. I cant say enough about his excellent customer service. I would highly recommend calling Roger with any permit or code issues! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Beware of this company and Roger Templeton. I went with this company because of their reviews (not sure if they were verified) and my conversation with Roger, although they were not the cheapest I believed what he said. I have a very small garage project that he said could be done in a few weeks. I paid him in full $2,500 in advance (I have a receipt) to supply me with a PDF file engineered stamp plans and three sets of blueprints, everything I needed to apply for my building permit. It's been over 3 months and I have not received what I paid for. He will not return my calls or emails. He knows my slab is poured and my wood frame walls are built but I can't stand them up until I get a building permit. About 3 weeks ago he sent me a text message saying he wants another $500. I told him that is not what we agreed on but will pay it anyway. I suggested a day to meet and pay him the $500 and get my plans but still haven't heard back from him. I believe his intention was to never give me what I paid for. I should never have trusted him and paid him in advance, and expensive lesson for me. At 71 years old I should know better. I'm old school and believe a man's word is his bond. I'm just writing this to warn others so they are not ripped off like I have been.

Great service provided for my husband and I working to close on our home and dealing with an after the fact permit being needed for a fireplace the previous owner installed without permitting. It was a very stressful time and Roger was so courteous and helpful it eased our stresses, his knowledge and companies assistance definitely was a big part in the success of closing on our home timely!

Roger and Cad-Con Design were instrumental in helping us to verify engineering work for a permitting issue. While trying to sell our home we were made aware of a pool permit that had never been closed dating back over 15 years to the original owner of the home. With days left until the closing, Roger was able to inspect the pool, verified the engineering had been completed properly, obtained the architectural stamps required for the town and ultimately got the permit closed. This was all done while we were living out of state. Roger was professional, responsive, and made a very stressful situation easier.
