Returned an ice chest from a friend that we did not like the color. Told the cashier from the get go that I needed to return for a gift card or store credit and he said yes we can do that and he processed the return back to the card that bought it so now the gift giver will know it was returned. Cashier didn’t even give me a heads up just processed the return, handed me the receipt, and said sorry couldn’t give you store credit would not give me the option. I wouldn’t have returned it had he told me before he processed it. Now I’m out a nice gift and our friend gonna know we returned it…

I love the greeting. The employees are friendly. There are a lot and a lot of selection. The store are big, perfect size. Store is super clean. Its location are awesome, it is at a plaza shopping center. I will definitely go there again.

Great place. Can spend hours there. Spent a fair amount of time at the putting green testing some clubs and left with a new bike and water toys. All sports enthusiast would enjoy it

It’s so much fun to shop at DICK’S SPORTING GOODS. Feels like I go on an adventure every time I shop here. Most definitely plan our next outing. We always go shop for one item and we leave with multiple items.
