My elderly mother has been a customer of E & S Trading in Blackburn for many years. She purchased a dishwasher a week or so ago and couldn't work out how to use it. I went to her house to help her and ended up ringing the store, being connected to Shaun. He couldn't do enough to help. We worked out the instructions and Mum is very happy. Thanks Shaun. After looking at prices and reviews of a number of places I decided to try E&S.

Wow, Ben gave me amazing service for my fridge and washer!

I had already researched what I wanted and he checked stock, showed the items to and provided information about some of their variants.

The showroom is immaculate, very well setup and easy to navigate.

After Ben helped me get the items paid for he explained the service delivery and removal options clearly, booked a date for delivery and I walked out a happy customer.

A few days later I received a text confirming my delivery window to within 2 hours.
On the day of delivery the team was on time, and installed everything, including taking back the packaging.

Purchased our first front loader from there we normally go to the other 2 major retailers and thought we would try e&s Blackburn for the first time after listening to Rob on 3AW. The service we received from a young trainee Nikiah and Cindy was magnificent they were both personal, friendly and professional and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be back for our new dishwasher and fridge.

After installing our Siemens studioline in-build coffee machine in May, purchased at EandS Blackburn (EandS staff where great) with 3 other ovens, it failed in June.
Siemens came out, couldn’t fix it, called them 3 times with no eta on repairs very unhelpful with their service backup. It’s now 2 weeks with no feedback from their service division.
Don’t buy Siemens.

Still waiting on Bosch to replace our coffee machine !!
Can’t believe EandS can recommend a brand with so poor after sales service.
It was stuck on clean cycle, the technician called out twice to try to fix, and left it, It won’t even turn on now and he said they will replace it, that was in June!!!!
Absolutely disgraceful new appliance lasted 3 months purchased with 3 other ovens to match hopefully the ovens last.
Coffee machine looks great but doesn’t work.
