Shay went above and beyond with her services. Doing my taxes on my own the last couple years I typically owed money. This year I got 2k back. However that is not the main reason for the 5 star review. I was one of the people whose tax returns this year got held up due to all of the extenuating circumstances. Shay stayed on top of this for me and was very informative on these delays. As soon as my return was processed and being sent out she made me aware right away. I would recommend her and this company to anyone I know
