I went in the other day to buy some products, but when I went to check out the lady at the checkout was SO rude (her name was Hayley). I asked how she was - she just ignored me and replied rudely with just “are you a member” and throughout the whole process she just gave me and my friend the dirtiest looks and was just blatantly rude for absolutely no reason. I have been here before and was always served by the nicest man, but this was a terrible experience. She may have had a bad or long day I get but there was absolutely no need to be that rude. Thankyou

i was the girl with the star on her forehead but smriti at the counter is absolutely lovely, she provides wonderful customer service and made me feel so welcomed! i hope she’s having a good day. :))

I usually love this Priceline and I never have a problem with anyone here but this lady that supervised the make up isle yesterday kept following me around I was just putting lipstick swatches on my hand to see what coulor I like and I could you not everytime I walked to a different brand she followed me and was watching me I kept moving away because she was so irritating like hello your meant to supervise not stalk people. Like as if I was going to steal I am well past the age of stealing and I had every intention of buying the lipsticks very poor behaviour from this lady it’s not on

I got there exactly on 5 as it was as soon as I could make it after work and I just needed to collect one script that had already been paid for and arranged for collection. Begged the girls as it was spot on 5 and I work 30 minutes out but they said I was too late. Terrible customer service - wish I arranged collection elsewhere.

Just too much forced advertising from the counters at the front..
If you ask and I say no I do not want to create an account/membership, then please do not waste my time and ask again 'are you sure....' and continue to ask again. I also did not ask for a magazine, where this could have gone to another customer for less waste.. apart from this recent experience this place is pretty good.

Pharmacist in charge would have to be one of the rudest and most condescending people I have ever met in my life. Whilst waiting in line, she publicly scolded staff by making sarcastic comments about their performance in front of all customers. She was also rude and abrupt with the customers she interacted with. Being busy is not an excuse for rudeness! All other staff were great and more than willing to help.

Went in today to pick up some things. The staff weren't very friendly around the store except one lady who I asked for assistance. When I was served by the cashier she was quite quiet and did not seem very happy. I seem to always have this experience unfortunately.

The older, short, blonde manager that works there has no customer service skills and is not considerate to her clients at all. Wont be coming to this store again.
