Fatal servicio . La gente durmiendo, descalza , despeinada , platicando bebiendo café.pesimo servicio al cliente . la señorita me hizo esperar más de una hora por una simple carta notarizada , que al final la hizo mal redactada por no poner atención. En fin. No pierdas tu tiempo yendo a este lugar perderás tiempo y dinero

The staff is really cooperative, I have seen them deal with really problematic customers and I can say that they are really calm and passive when it comes to handling this type of customers. Trust me they’ll not treat you badly is they didn’t have a reason. Really happy with the treat and service I received. 🙂

Indian lady is a scammer!!! She has no idea how to calculate numbers and can't explain anything adequately. Her co-worker (the Spanish lady) also needs training as she prefers to talk on the phone about personal topics while assisting clients. The poor service is unacceptable and very unprofessional.

Rams Fast Tax Company is definitely the best I have had the pleasure of doing business with for years. The staff is experienced, professional, they have attention to detail , and they offer excellent customer service. It's always a pleasure to have my taxes prepared with the company. It's a no stress environment. This year we worked with Vandana, she was perfect. Thanks again for the excellent customer service through the years .

A lady at the front desk is very very rude and disrespectful. I called to check if my tax documents had been received and when they were going to be reviewed and she put me on hold for 7 minutes and then came back and said “your tax will be reviewed when they can If someone is available” she then went on to say she didn’t like the way I spoke to her and proceeded to bang the phone and hang up!!!!!! I am beyond appauled by her behavior. I had heard a lot of good things about this company but this one incident is enough for me. Whoever the lady is, please know that this is a service we pay for and every customer should be treated with respect.

Great people. In 2020 they were hit hard by COVID, but this year they have made a big comeback. Very responsive service. They helped me get my PPP loans and are very friendly and knowledgeable.
