One of the few remaining independent places you can get a mechanical watch serviced. I took my JDM Seiko 6R15 in for a service and regulation. So far it's keeping great time. Prices seem reasonable.

The owner is extremely professional, efficient and reliable. I had taken my Swarovski watch to retailers in the CBD for a battery replacement but was told they couldn't do it. I came across S&L and the owner, Lina easily got the job done. The services are reasonably priced. I will highly recommend to friends and everyone else ♥

5 stars for fixing and repairing my clone luxury watch for a reasonable price. Will definetly come back if I have any watch issues or require adjustments because of the reasonable price and friendly customer service.

Helpful, informative and affordable.

Went in needing a battery replacement, size adjustment and to fix the aperture which seemed stuck.

Fixed it all and only chaged me $15 for the battery replacement.

I'm not very knowledgable on watches so it would have been very easy to take me for a ride but the owner is a true professional.
Highly recommend her services.

The lady is very helpful in making you understand the problem your watch has and tries best to repair it. She told that if it is fixable then will inform over call and tell the estimate and if not then won't charge anything. Extremely Reliable and Honest.

Lovely woman replaced the battery for my watch and readjusted the link for me all within 5 minutes. Most reasonable price for watch battery replacement - don’t go to Westfield!! It’s a quick six minute walk to S & L from Parramatta station. Highly recommend and will go back in the future.
