Just left the office, they are no help at all. Would not have marked any stars. We had an appointment but apparently it was a mistake. We spoke to someone on the phone 3 weeks ago and she made this appointment for us. When the condescending woman who answered the door asked why we were even there was our first clue that something was wrong. This is our Advance Healthcare Directive for emergencies. We are 2 senior citizens that were told they could help, DO NOT use these people. Then the audacity of this uppity woman to say that they could help us with a power of attorney (which will cost us money) we don’t have right now. Are you kidding, NO WAY! Bad company!!
