I came in to the store just to purchase an America the Beautiful pass for the year. While standing in line the woman the register, Kira, immediately started off the transaction by asking for my phone number, to which I said I don't give that out. Then she asked me to provide the phone number of any other person I know who shops at their store. I simply said, I am just here to buy the pass. Her tone changed immediately, and she said "heard you loud and clear!" She became incredibly rude to me, slamming items around on the counter and giving me a very dirty look. Then she handed me the pass and did so with such force she almost slapped it into my hand. Then handed me my receipt and said since you don't wanna be a member you'll have to just take the paper receipt. She said it to me as if it was offensive that I didn't provide her with my personal information.

I've never felt so pressured in my life to sign up for a membership to something I didn't wish to join. Nor have I ever experienced a customer service representative treat a customer so poorly after they politely refused to join.

I have no other real complaints with the store itself, but felt it was important to point out my experience with their staff at this location. Definitely don't recommend coming here if the staff is being trained to treat customers like this if they don't spend extra money or sell away their personal information.

Went in to buy on cloud shoes for work because I heard they were comfortable. The woman working was really helpful for the other two customers. They’re really passionate abut hiking and their hiking boots. When it came to me her mood shifted I know I don’t fit the part but definitely didn’t feel welcome there at all

I can't recommend this place enough. It is not uncommon to find a nice person to help you out at a store. But it is rare to find a business where the entire team goes out of their way to be helpful and friendly. That just tells me that it's people that truly enjoy their work and are passionate about what they do. Thank you Travis, Chris, Ryan, Michael, and everybody else in your team for being awesome!

Nice to have in Fresno. Most things are overpriced, but the membership makes it worth it. I think they raised the price of the membership too. Which doesn't matter too much because you get a gift card of the same value anyway.

Went to buy fold up camping chairs but they didn’t have any on display. Went to Dicks and spent $400 happily because I could sit in them first.

These clowns act like entitled cry babies when you decline any of their suggestions up sales, Great representation of the management and everything they lack. Also remember when the clowns would act like a military force at the front of their store back in the Covid era where they would make you mask up and sanitize your hands…. Now look. Bunch of dummies really.
